We booked last minute and still got a great deal. We were driving and running late, checked in at 2am with no problem. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the room was large, and very clean (BIG bonus points for cleanliness) . The bed and sheets were so great, we took a picture of the tags to see if we could find them later for our home. No problem with our dogs, and we appreciated no added pet fees! We would recommend this hotel 100%

good stay but room for improvement
The bed was comfortable, allowing me and my two grandkids to enjoy a spacious sleep. The indoor pool area was a highlight, especially with the shallow end perfect for my 2-year-old granddaughter. The hotel is conveniently located near one of our favorite dining spots. Plus, the lobby felt cute with its cozy ambiance and helpful staff.
Some amenities could use regular maintenance.

The stay featured a well-kept, fancy look with a lovely indoor pool that was a highlight for the kids, especially with the shallow end perfect for them. While the breakfast was satisfactory, a more dedicated smoking area by the pool would be beneficial. Unfortunately, housekeeping issues arose, with rooms not cleaned consistently, and staff communication fell short at times. Despite these shortcomings, the space was enjoyable overall.

Bed was comfortable.
One of the two rooms we had booked was being cleaned (2 queens) and then when we returned they had given that room away and offered a king with a rollaway. however, when our group went up to the room the last rollaway was gone. Eventually, we received another room, however we had to pay additional money for it which defeated the purpose of sharing a room. Very disorganized.

Location is superb
They held an awful lot of money for a two night stay and still waiting to get the rest back other than that it was wonderful
